Work Adjustment offers training, placement and job coaching services, leading to competitive employment. This service is sponsored by Vocational Rehabilitation. An individual plan is created for each participant to meet their specific needs. Training may include instruction in self determination, decision making, goal setting, resume completion, interview skills, appropriate interactions on the job, and learning job tasks. Assistance is given to locate jobs that match the individual’s strengths and interests. Training in job seeking and job keeping skills may take place in an OE facility or in the community, or a combination of these.

Individuals completing this program may be referred for job placement and job coaching services to find an appropriate job.
